Dual Screening with Windows and X

Dual Screen
Dilemma: Two machines, two operating systems, and I want to control all of it with one keyboard and one mouse (my comfortable clean ones) (machines are on the same net).

Enter x2vnc – a dual-screen hack – and buddy Win2VNC – a dual-screen hack for Windows. A quick install with Ubuntu’s Synaptic package manager on the linux box, followed with a RealVNC installation on the Windows machine and I’m cross-platforming at a rate of knots.

x2vnc -east windows-host:0

Beautiful.
