That’s no apology. Seth Godin would be either laughing or crying at the complete disrespect of the customer and the insane amount of damage to their marketing image that this sort of comment is causing.
Fortunately for Pick ‘n Play, their use of Microsoft’s DRM will ensure that nobody can break their control of the media. Yeah, right. Whatever they do, there’s always the analog hole.

Agreed – pretty stupid. “It’s a Windows world?!?!” Whatever. I presume you’re using VLC – http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ – to play wmv’s on Mac?
I’m actually an Ubuntu/Windows boy myself – haven’t had the pleasure of a Mac experience yet, but under Linux its all about VLC for me.
it is really bad. to make thingd worse when you have to type in your password to confirm it it automatically says that they dont match, now this is even before tou type it in. so much for them stating that it easy.
